I first started doing the caricature of Jorge Luis Borges with an HB pencil on thin Bristol cardboard. I used a 0.3 mm wide technical pen to pass drawing to ink. All drawing is done with that technical pen. Then I took the drawing to the scanner to turn it into vector and to color it in grays scale.

The symbols in the walls of the supposed spaceship are taken of the Stela C de Quiriguá (Guatemala), in which there is read that the day of the solstice of December, 2012 would happen the end of the world. The solstice happened on December 21, 2012 at 11:12 UTC (universal time coordinated) without nothing special was happening.

This is a remix exercise of the year 2007. I was in the third year of fine arts career and the idea was to make an oil painting that involved the technique of remixing. In this case, I chose three artists: Rafael Sanzio (1483-1520), Edgar Degas (1834-1917) and Salvador Dalí (1904-1989).
In this exercise, elements of the works of these three artists were taken and combine to make a new work. Rafael, the bottom of his landscapes, Degas, his bathers, and Dali his famous giraffe on fire. I made many sketches of this type, well finished. Someday I will rescue this material.

A girl wore to my class of Fine Arts a T-shirt with a nice little dog drawn in her. Soon it called the attention of other children, and someone proposed to do a drawing with this little dog. I put to the children to draw with wax crayons. This is my version.
Una niña llevó a mi clase de Artes Plásticas una camiseta con un simpático perrito dibujado en ella. Pronto llamó la atención de los demás niños, por lo que alguien propuso hacer un dibujo con ese perrito. Me puse con los niños a dibujar con crayones de cera. Esta es mi versión.
